UX Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a dispersed agile team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• Deconstruct complex product requirements and design intuitive solutions
• Participate in user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of UX/product design experience
• Proven experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and human-centered design methodologies
• Strong proficiency in FIGMA
• Expertise in at least two design disciplines with familiarity in others, such as visual design and user research
