Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive the vision and execution of user experiences across its products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring user-centered decision-making
• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to execution and post-launch iteration
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers while advocating for design thinking and user needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with a proven track record of driving design impact
• Expertise in design tools like Figma or Sketch, with a deep understanding of design systems
• Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally with PMs and Engineers
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, including qualitative and quantitative research
