Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Integration/System/End-to-End testing on critical applications, focusing on AI/ML models
• Validate chatbot/IVR applications and ensure the accuracy of NLP/NLU models
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to support quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in QA testing
• Extensive experience with chatbot/IVR applications and AI model validation
• Strong background in web-based applications and GUI/UX testing
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI
• Familiarity with AWS services related to AI/ML pipelines
