Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring the highest quality and professional appearance of reports
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Ability to operate general office equipment and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work activities efficiently
