A company is looking for a State Filings and Forms QA Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and submit rate, rule, and form filings through state filing systems
  • Monitor and address objections from state insurance departments
  • Conduct quality assurance testing of policy forms for compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in state regulatory filings or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong understanding of state insurance regulations and filing requirements
  • Experience with testing and QA processes for insurance policy forms is highly desirable
