Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Monitoring & Testing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring and testing of operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards
• Compile and analyze findings from speech analytics and compliance reviews, developing detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop remediation plans and track the implementation of corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Legal Studies, or a closely related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in monitoring & testing, quality assurance, or compliance, preferably in a collection agency or financial services setting
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in using speech analytics software and other quality monitoring tools
• Professional certification in quality assurance and/or compliance is desirable
