Role Overview: The Social Media & Content Manager will own the development and execution of social media strategy, content creation, and community management across various platforms. You will play a vital role in growing brand awareness and fostering a loyal customer base through compelling visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strategic social media content calendar.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand captions and campaign copy.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, gifting campaigns, and content collaborations.
- Lead community engagement (respond to DMs, comments, repost UGC).
- Analyze social media performance metrics and apply data-driven insights.
- Manage scheduling tools like Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with design, product, and e-commerce teams to align messaging.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of social media and content experience, ideally in a DTC lifestyle or consumer brand.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, basic design or video editing a bonus.
- Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and connecting with communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team.
