Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce
- Paid Media experience is essential
- Experience managing external partnerships, including agencies and major retail partners
- Experience in budget management and using insights for strategic decisions
