Assembler II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assembler II to perform higher level electrical component assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder batteries, chargers, and accessories using hand tools and automated machines
• Conduct multiple computer-based functional tests and apply adhesives and labels as specified
• Maintain equipment, clean assemblies, and perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and assemble small objects in limited spaces
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have manual dexterity for assembly tasks
• Training in J-STD-001, IPC 610, IPC 620, ESD, FOD, and General Safety is required
