Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and conduct analysis
• Design, produce, maintain, and automate various reports and processes
• Develop and document business process flows and ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of pharmacy, pharmacy benefit, and/or PBM experience
• 2+ years of experience with documenting and following processes
• Knowledge and experience with RxClaim (AS400)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables)
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
