Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and conduct analysis
- Design, produce, maintain, and automate various reports and processes
- Develop and document business process flows and ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of pharmacy, pharmacy benefit, and/or PBM experience
- 2+ years of experience with documenting and following processes
- Knowledge and experience with RxClaim (AS400)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
