Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for strategic planning and analysis
• Support strategic planning by providing financial analysis for business opportunities
• Analyze financial performance and conduct market benchmarking to inform financial strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Experience in financial planning within technology/Software/AI firms is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience in the legal industry or LegalTech software is a plus
