Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LPC).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
• Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with adolescents and adults
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and coordinate care plans

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Tennessee
• Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
• Background in maternal and substance abuse is preferred
• Experience with both adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
