Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to ensure the implementation of program requirements and collaborate on quality healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for system implementations and process improvements
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation while managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and lead junior analysts in skill development and task completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of Quality-of-Care programs, specifically CMS Hospital Quality Reporting
• Proficiency managing user stories, bugs, and project workflows in Jira
• Experience with user-acceptance or quality-assurance testing and understanding of Agile frameworks
