• Track record of professionally coaching clients with over 100 hours of experience
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems independently
• Ability to facilitate complex experiences with a compassionate and unbiased presence
• Commitment to excellence in the coaching craft and adaptability in a remote work environment
