Associate Creative Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead creative projects and develop high-quality art for various media.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 3 projects and assist on Tier 1 projects under the guidance of a Creative Director
• Manage photo shoots and collaborate with a diverse team of creatives
• Conceptualize and execute original key art comps for film, television, and streaming projects

Required Qualifications

• Extensive industry experience in creating key art and presentations for film, television, and streaming
• Advanced understanding of design principles including composition, lighting, and typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding creative teams
• Self-reliant and proactive in decision-making and problem-solving
