Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAD/CAM Design Support Expert, Anterior.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs and refine treatment plans for complex cases
• Provide personalized support to enhance the doctor experience and build trust in Dandy's technology
• Facilitate clear communication to resolve potential miscommunication issues and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex and high aesthetic Anterior dental design
• 3+ years of hands-on bench experience in a lab setting
• Proven ability to build rapport and manage concerns in a design or technical support environment
• Familiarity with digital dental products and processes
• Prior experience with Dandy products or similar dental design tools is an asset
