UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to develop user-centered design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with UX research and cross-functional teams
• Champion human-centered design methodologies and advocate for best practices across the organization
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and lead discussions focused on user experience improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product development and user experience design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design work in web and mobile solutions
• Advanced knowledge of design software such as Figma, Lucid, and Adobe Creative Suite
• In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility guidelines
