Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to uncover user insights and guide product design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research studies including interviews, usability testing, and session replays

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define feature requirements and design scope

Required Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and professional experience in UX research, UX design, or a related discipline
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of user data into actionable design recommendations
• Experience with research and design tools (e.g., Excel, Figma, FullStory)
• Comfortable managing concurrent projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to understanding real user problems and finding thoughtful solutions
