Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Content Designer to define and elevate the content vision and strategy across multiple product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion strategic product-led growth through content vision and strategy
• Build and lead cross-functional partnerships to influence product roadmaps and company strategy
• Cultivate user empathy and design excellence by establishing content principles and mentoring teams

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 9+ years in content strategy, UX writing, or content design, with 2+ years in a lead role
• Bachelor's degree in English, HCI, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic content leadership and business impact
• Deep expertise in user-centered content design and research methodologies
• Experience leveraging AI and automation in content strategy
