Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end experience strategy for a core product area, ensuring cohesion across touchpoints
• Deliver exceptional UI design that meets consumer-grade standards and enhances the product experience
• Provide design mentorship and feedback to other designers, raising the quality of their work

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, including senior or lead-level roles
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and impact across web and/or mobile experiences
• Experience guiding the work of other designers through critique and mentorship
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with AI tools to improve design processes
