Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional systems design experience in games, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with progression systems, game economies, and gameplay balancing in live-service games
- Deep understanding of the Diablo series and ARPG mechanics
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams
- Strong collaboration experience in a multi-disciplinary environment
