Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor designers through feedback and critique to enhance their skills and decision-making
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to provide designers with necessary context for success
• Identify and address experience-level problems while promoting the use of AI tools to improve workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing software products, preferably SaaS
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading designers in a cross-functional environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work
• Experience in coaching and supporting teams without micromanaging
• Familiarity with AI and its application in design processes
