Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer who will focus on creating exceptional user experiences and mentoring others in the design process.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a product designer, including 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in a leadership role within cross-discipline initiatives
• Proven ability to conduct User Experience Research and design sprints independently
• A robust portfolio showcasing iterative software work focused on delivering minimum lovable products
• Comfortable with all aspects of the design process, including research, prototyping, and design systems
