Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations and ensure efficient use of project management tools
• Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, and ensure timely delivery of creative materials
• Communicate client needs to the production team and manage the multi-disciplinary studio team

Required Qualifications

• Strong print background and experience managing multiple print vendors
• Proficient in Adobe Suites and Figma
• Experience with large format production and preparing files for conventions
• Ability to manage complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Digital and pharma experience is a plus
