UX Research Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Research Lead to manage qualitative research efforts in the health tech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute qualitative research studies, including user interviews and thematic analysis
• Manage the full research lifecycle, including planning, recruitment, and reporting
• Present research findings to executive and cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Deep experience in conducting user interviews and synthesizing insights
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations, including HIPAA
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology
• Familiarity with research and design tools
