Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Human Experience Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UX/UI vision and roadmap across the website, landing pages, customer portal, and mobile experiences
- Design and optimize user flows to drive higher conversion rates, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value
- Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive website rebranding effort, ensuring brand consistency and user-centered design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or human experience design preferably in DTC, ecommerce, or subscription-based environments
- Demonstrated success designing high-converting digital experiences using direct response strategies
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale website redesigns and brand refresh projects
- Deep knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and best practices in usability and accessibility
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, user flows, and real-world impact on KPIs such as conversion rate or retention
