Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Head of User Experience (UX).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on AI integration and user experience optimization
• Lead and mentor a team of UX professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while ensuring high-quality UX solutions
• Oversee user research initiatives to inform product design and enhance user-centered design principles across the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or Product Management
• 12-15 years of related experience, with a significant background in product management transitioning into UX leadership
• 8-10 years of managerial experience with a proven track record in enterprise-wide UX design and strategy
• Proficiency in UX design tools and understanding of AI/ML capabilities in user experience design
• Experience with user research methodologies and data analytics platforms
