Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Commercial Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure training content aligns with product knowledge and customer needs
  • Assist in product launches by conducting needs analyses and developing strategic training plans and materials
  • Facilitate training sessions utilizing adult learning principles and assess training program efficacy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales management, or sales training
  • Experience in designing and managing effective sales leadership development programs
  • Strong clinical background with oncology experience required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
