Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure training content aligns with product knowledge and customer needs
- Assist in product launches by conducting needs analyses and developing strategic training plans and materials
- Facilitate training sessions utilizing adult learning principles and assess training program efficacy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales management, or sales training
- Experience in designing and managing effective sales leadership development programs
- Strong clinical background with oncology experience required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
