Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska
We are looking for a part-time virtual special education teacher to provide individualized instruction and accommodations for students with disabilities. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to adapt lessons to a remote setting, and a passion for fostering growth and independence. Prior experience in virtual teaching is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
• Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Current Nebraska Teaching Certification and Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
• No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
