Associate Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Product Management specializing in Prior Authorization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Prior Authorization solutions in the Pharmacy Benefits Management domain
• Drive integration of Real-Time Prescription Benefit protocols into provider and pharmacy workflows
• Collaborate with PBMs, payers, and oncology care teams to optimize treatment initiation processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, with 4+ years in PBM or specialty drug management
• Strong understanding of prior authorization workflows and relevant standards (NCPDP, RTPB/RTPD, FHIR)
• Experience working with PBMs and specialty pharmacies
• Proven ability to design and scale digital products in payer-provider ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or PharmD) preferred
