Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own and scale their therapists hub platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply-side growth for the therapist network by designing and executing strategies for attracting and onboarding mental health professionals
• Build features that facilitate therapists in sharing resources with clients and introducing them to wellbeing tools
• Conduct user research with therapists to understand workflows and identify ways the platform can enhance their practice

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management with a focus on building and scaling supply-side products or professional tools
• Strong experience in driving user acquisition and understanding viral growth mechanics
• Comfortable conducting extensive user research and translating insights into product strategy
• Ability to thrive with full product ownership and accountability
• Experience in fast-moving environments, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities
