Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned titles from acquisition through production, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery
• Independently acquire 3-4 titles per season and build a personal list
• Collaborate with senior editors to evaluate submissions and negotiate deals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of editorial experience in trade publishing, ideally in genre fiction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from acquisition to publication
• Strong developmental and line editing skills with an understanding of market trends
• Familiarity with publishing databases and project management tools
• A passion for genre fiction and a reader-focused editorial mindset
