Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, with at least 1 year as a people manager in a hybrid/remote environment
• Experience in Operations and/or Analytics with a focus on yield or cost improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to timely completion through collaboration
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with familiarity in AI integration
• Team-oriented leader capable of delegating responsibilities and fostering a culture of feedback
