Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Partner to lead client engagements and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of large-scale data strategy, governance, and MDM engagements
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion
• Mentor and coach team members while contributing to practice strategy and service offerings

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, particularly in professional services or systems integration
• Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements, ideally in data governance or enterprise data programs
• Strong operational execution management skills, including program governance and financial oversight
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery leadership
