Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, design, lead, implement, and ensure adoption of improvements in the legal department
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop employee-centric and business-viable solutions
- Design modern processes integrating new systems and technology
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years experience in business process development
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements, preferably in the legal space
- Experience with legal technological solutions and collaboration with legal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
