Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements across multiple projects
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and data warehouse initiatives
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and integration technologies
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Familiarity with APIs and system interactions
