Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers and Acquisition Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Policy Statement and Guidelines for onboarding
• Manage the efficiency of the Cyber Security Mergers & Acquisitions program and ensure alignment with delivery streams
• Enhance the existing program to capture costs and ensure mandatory data is collected for regulatory purposes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Cyber Security
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, PCI, CIS, ISO 27001)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ethical character with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Preferred qualifications/certifications: CISM, CISSP
