Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements, mapping them to features and defining acceptance criteria
• Manage and refine a prioritized backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner while adhering to Agile principles
• Document business processes and specifications, and perform data mapping and modeling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of business analysis experience required
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies; additional Agile, Scrum, or DevOps certifications preferred
• 1+ years' experience in mapping business processes and planning UAT for projects
• General knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, APIs, and web-based applications
