Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Business Analyst to provide support for business applications and user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for business applications, including user support and issue tracking
• Collaborate with teams on system configurations, data mapping, and application documentation
• Conduct training sessions for users and gather feedback to improve product usage and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience
• Comprehensive understanding of processes and systems within the job function
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
• Experience in the Life Sciences/Lab Services field is a plus
