Business Process Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Lead to oversee the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, ensuring alignment of the global process template during the S/4HANA implementation
• Lead workshops and change management activities to promote end-user readiness across U.S. markets and factories
• Manage the review of functional specifications and oversee the resolution of system defects to maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business process design and SAP implementations, focusing on S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes
• Strong understanding of business processes within the CPG or Tobacco industry
• Experience in reviewing technical documentation, including RICEFW specs and configuration settings
• Proven ability to manage change requests and support users during testing and deployment phases
