Nevada Justice Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Justice Liaison to support members identified by the Nevada judicial system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach for service engagement and support members' social determinants of health needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including judges and community organizations
• Assist in care coordination and deployment of state contract deliverables while communicating court-related requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Counseling, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience in Health Insurance, Criminal Justice, Healthcare Navigation, Supportive Housing Services, or Reentry Services
• Must have a valid Driver's license due to required travel
• Citizenship status required; must pass background checks for employment
