Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to meet customer supply and demand, utilization, and revenue targets
• Lead and develop consulting staff while ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives
• Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree or related experience within the field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of IT consulting experience, preferably in public administration or public safety
• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing business needs
• Ability to guide and develop subordinate supervisors and consulting staff
