Job Summary
A company is looking for a D365 CRM Consultant to provide expertise in Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and develop service delivery plans
- Collaborate with team members to support customers and enhance training materials
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical education to mitigate blockers
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and experience in a consulting or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in CRM infrastructure installation, customization, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and foundational technologies of the Power Platform
- Experience with enterprise-level support and administration of Dynamics CRM
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on continuous learning
