Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to drive the success of strategic customer engagements and manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, strategic projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with account teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive service revenue
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, client management, or professional services with Enterprise clients
- Proven success in managing large, complex projects with strategic enterprise customers
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in a STEM field preferred
- Experience managing SOWs and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage confidently with senior leadership
