Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Transformation (Finance).

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives within G&A functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in creating future-state process designs and support change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in business transformation, operations, or consulting roles
• Experience with cross-functional projects involving systems or organizational change
• Familiarity with G&A processes in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Exposure to change management and process improvement methodologies is a plus
