Business Capability Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Capability Team Owner (Auto Pricing Sophistication).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritizes and maintains a holistic product backlog including new builds, enhancements, and technology-driven work
• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and agile teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Participates in user acceptance testing and resolves complex issues across multiple business partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Typically 7 or more years of experience in product management, business consulting, or analysis
• Experience with auto products and/or the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform is preferred
• Advanced understanding of agile planning and delivery methodologies
• Expert knowledge of insurance practices and customer-centric design principles
