AI Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new trucking and logistics customers, ensuring seamless configuration of the AI platform
• Manage multiple implementation projects, including creating project plans and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Deliver training and support to drive user adoption of the platform and execute change management plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Consultant or Technical Project Manager
• Experience with enterprise-level companies and complex, long-cycle implementations
• Strong technical project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex software implementations
• Deep understanding of transportation and logistics operations, including fleet management and supply chain planning
