Job Summary
A company is looking for an Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator to manage large-scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and assist service providers and customers with program participation and application processes
- Maintain project documentation and assist with administrative tasks, including budget tracking and invoice processing
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely communication with customers and subcontractors/service providers
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience in the energy efficiency industry
- BA or BS degree preferred in energy, technology, policy, research, or sustainability; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM, with the ability to learn proprietary software
- Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively
