Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports with insights and action plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or strategy in healthcare or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or equivalent work experience
• Strong project management skills; experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable
• Familiarity with performance dashboards, business intelligence tools, and operational KPIs
• Experience with integrated delivery systems, hospitals, and electronic health records (EMR) systems
