Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and develop or redesign systems to meet user requirements
• Gather, document, and communicate business objectives and requirements for small to medium-sized projects
• Provide end-user support and assist in the development of training materials and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business
• 5+ years of experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems
• Solid knowledge of the application development process and SDLC
• Experience in system testing, validation, and training
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-up skills
